Privacy Policy
We collect the information needed to operate our store and fulfill orders. This may include your name, email address, billing and shipping address, phone number when provided, order details, customer-service messages, and the photo files or links you submit.
We use this information to process and fulfill orders, communicate with you, review photo quality, prevent fraud, provide customer support, arrange shipping, and maintain business records. Full payment-card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored directly by Aubrianna’s Photo Magnets.
We share information only with service providers needed to run the store, such as Ecwid, payment processors, website and email providers, and USPS. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect our customers, business, or legal rights. We do not sell customer photos or personal information.
Uploaded photos are used to produce your custom order and handle reasonable reprint or support requests. We retain photo files for up to 60 days after order completion and then delete them from our normal production storage, unless a longer period is required to resolve an active issue or comply with law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements. Email orders@aubriannasphotomagnets.com to make a request or ask a privacy question.
Shipping
- Orders ship within the United States through USPS with tracking.
- Standard domestic shipping is $4.95. Orders of $50 or more ship free.
- Local pickup and international shipping are not currently offered.
- Most orders are printed and shipped within 1-2 business days after usable photo files are received.
- USPS transit typically takes 2-5 business days. Transit and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Tracking is emailed after shipment. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
Custom Orders, Returns, and Replacements
All magnets are custom made from customer-submitted photos, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. If an order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or has a production error, contact us within seven days of delivery with the order number and a clear photo of the issue. Approved claims are normally resolved with a reprint and reshipment of the affected item.
Shipping-address changes can be made only before an order ships. Once USPS has accepted the package, we cannot redirect it or guarantee recovery. For a package that appears lost or materially delayed, contact us so we can review the tracking history and determine the appropriate next step.
Photo Uploads and Customer Content
You confirm that you own the submitted photos or have permission to use them for the order. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, or exploitative content. We may refuse or cancel an order that violates these requirements.
Standard orders do not include a digital proof. We may crop or position an image as reasonably needed for the selected magnet shape. If the file resolution may noticeably affect print quality, we may request a replacement and hold the order for up to three business days. If no replacement is received, we may print the submitted file as provided.
Terms of Service
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these policies and to provide accurate order, payment, shipping, and photo information. An order is accepted when payment is approved and we confirm that it can be produced. We may cancel and refund an order because of pricing errors, unavailable materials, suspected fraud, prohibited content, or production limitations.
Product colors may vary slightly because screens, source images, printers, and materials reproduce color differently. Prices, products, processing estimates, and policies may be updated prospectively. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
