We use Order Information to fulfill orders (processing payment, arranging USPS shipping, sending order confirmations and tracking). We also communicate with you about your order (including if we need a higher‑resolution file), screen for risk or fraud, and—if you opt‑in—send marketing communications.
Photo Uploads
Your uploaded photos are used solely to produce your magnets. Photos are stored securely and deleted 60 days after your order is completed unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

We share your personal information with third parties to help us use your information as described above. For example, we use Ecwid to power our online store; payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal to process your payments; USPS to ship your order; and our email service provider to communicate with you. Data Retention
We will retain Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. Photos you upload are retained for 60 days after your order is completed and then deleted.

Shipping & Returns
We ship all orders via USPS with tracking. Domestic shipping is $4.95 per order, and orders over $50 ship free. We do not offer local pickup or international shipping. Once your order leaves our hands, USPS transit typically takes 2–5 business days, but delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Because each magnet is custom-made from your photos, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue; we’ll happily reprint and reship at no cost.
We’ll email your tracking number once your order ships. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout; changes can only be made before your order ships.
Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Aubrianna’s Photo Magnets and the services we provide. By placing an order or using our Site, you agree to these Terms.
All magnets are custom‑made using the photos you provide. Payment is required at the time of order. You upload your photo(s) on the product page before adding the item to your cart; we do not send proofs or previews. We reserve the right to refuse images that we deem offensive, infringing, or inappropriate.
Production begins after we receive your photos and payment. Typical processing time is 1‑2 business days, although larger orders or event packs may take longer. We ship orders via USPS with tracking. USPS transit typically takes 2–5 business days.
By using our Site, you acknowledge that these Terms may change from time to time; we will post updates on this page. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
