Below you’ll find answers to common questions about our custom photo magnets. If you can’t find the answer here, feel free to contact us.

What file types do you accept?
We currently accept JPG and PNG files. If you’re unsure whether your file will work, email us a sample and we’ll confirm.

Will my photos print blurry?
If a photo is too small or low resolution, we’ll let you know before printing and suggest a better option.

Most orders are printed and shipped within 1–2 business days after we receive your photos. Large or event orders may take slightly longer. If a photo is too low-resolution, we’ll email you to request a better file. We will hold your order for up to 3 business days while we wait for a response.

We currently only ship within the United States via USPS, with flat-rate shipping and tracking on all orders. Contact us if you need international shipping; we may be able to accommodate special orders.

Because every order is custom-printed, we can’t accept returns for “change of mind.” If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error, contact us within 7 days with a photo of the issue and we’ll happily reprint and reship at no cost.

Can I order magnets for my event or business?
Yes. Visit our Bulk & Events page or contact us with your date, quantity, and any design ideas.

When do I upload my photos?

You upload your photo(s) on the product page before adding to cart. We accept JPG and PNG files.

Do you send proofs?

No. We do not send proofs. If your photo is too low-resolution, we’ll contact you before printing. Otherwise, we’ll process your order as submitted.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. If you created an account at checkout, you can also log in to track the status of your order.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
