How It Works – ordering, file/photo guidelines, production & shipping.
- Choose a magnet style – Browse our shop and pick the size/set you want.
- Upload your photo(s) on the product page – Use the upload module on the product page before adding to cart. We accept JPG and PNG files.
- Checkout – Enter your shipping details and complete payment.
- We check quality, then print – By default, we don’t send proofs. If a photo is too small/low-resolution to print well, we’ll email you before printing to request a better file.
- Shipping & delivery – Most orders ship within 1–2 business days after we receive your uploaded photos. Shipping includes tracking.
Optional – If you can’t use the uploader, you can email your photos or share an album link after ordering. For bulk/event orders or preview add-on, we’ll send a layout preview for approval.
